We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support the end-to-end planning and execution of a wide range of events including conferences, corporate functions, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with the sales team and various stakeholders to ensure every detail is handled with precision. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about events, logistics, and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and delivering events from start to finish.
  • Support logistics including venue setup, equipment rental, catering, transportation, signage, and more.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Manage event registration, RSVPs, guest lists, and on-site check-ins.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing event materials, maintaining schedules, and tracking budgets and expenses.
  • Provide on-site event support, addressing any issues or last-minute changes quickly and professionally.
  • Assist in post-event activities, including gathering feedback and preparing evaluation reports.
  • Maintain and organize inventory of event supplies and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with health, safety, and event regulations.
