Salary:
- Executive Level: From $3,000/month + Commission
 - Manager Level: From $4,000/month + Commission (Sign on Bonus: $4,000)

Drive Sales & Growth
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital leads, and partnerships.
 - Develop and execute creative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
 - Convert inquiries into bookings with persuasive storytelling and a consultative approach.
 - Maintain accurate sales records and report progress regularly.
 
Create Unforgettable Events
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for clients, from first inquiry to final toast.
 - Conduct engaging venue tours and craft customized proposals for weddings, private dining, and corporate events.
 - Collaborate with culinary, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.
 - Coordinate with external vendors (decor, AV, entertainment) to ensure every detail shines.
 
Build Lasting Relationships
- Cultivate strong, long-term connections with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
 - Gather feedback to enhance our event offerings and guest experience.
 - Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to keep our brand at the forefront of luxury dining events.
 
Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who:
- Has a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Event Management, or Hospitality.
 - Brings 2–4 years of proven success in event or wedding sales, ideally in the F&B or hospitality sector.
 - Loves the thrill of closing deals and the satisfaction of seeing your clients’ vision come to life.
 - Balances creativity with structure, you can dream big but also deliver on detail.
 - Thrives under pressure, communicates with ease, and builds trust naturally.
 - Is tech‑savvy and proficient in MS Office (and familiar with event management tools).
