The Role

As an Event Executive / Guest Relations Officer, you will work closely with our Events Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Events Director in planning, coordination, and execution of events.
  • Handle event communications and guest enquiries via email and phone.
  • Coordinate and attend site visits with clients and vendors.
  • Prepare and organise event documents (contracts, proposals, event orders).
  • Oversee on-site event execution to ensure service quality.
  • Manage guest relations – welcome clients, attend to VIPs, and handle feedback.
