We’re hiring an Event and Administrative Coordinator to assist with event logistics, daily administration data entry. If you have experience in event planning, administrative support, or data management, this role could be a great fit for you.

📍 Nearest MRT: Caldecott

🕘 Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

💰 Salary: $2580/month

🚩 Start Date: Immediate

📅 Duration: 12-months contract

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Offer administrative and logistical assistance to ensure the seamless execution of events.
  • Minute-taking during meetings and events.
  • Gather and distribute monthly staff announcements.
  • Provide administrative support to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new staff.
  • Input and retrieve data from databases and systems.
  • Handle requests related to manpower data processing.
  • Assist with various other administrative tasks as needed by the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder.
