Are you an experienced Strategic Account Director, with some exposure to events production? Do you excel in managing high-profile sponsorships, exhibitions, and marketing projects across the APAC region? If so, we want to hear from you!

The Role

We're looking for a Strategic Account Director to drive a key global account. You'll work closely with the global team and agency partners to execute exceptional business briefs, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and retain the assigned account by identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop strategic, compelling proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Able to add creative flair to briefs.
  • Build strong client relationships with clear and timely communication.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead client calls, debriefs, and performance reviews.
  • Use data insights to optimize future projects.
  • Oversee budgeting, approvals, and financial reconciliations.
  • Address and resolve client billing issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for impactful campaign ideas.
About You
  • A proactive, hands‑on Account Director, with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in events production is preferred.
  • A strong communicator who adapts to different audiences.
  • A strategic thinker with financial acumen.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
