Detailed Job Description

As an EUC Engineer supporting Helius Technologies in Singapore, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise end-user computing environments, software packaging, OS deployment migrations, and endpoint security patching across mission-critical corporate infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, managing, and optimizing end-user computing environments encompassing corporate desktops, laptops, iPads, and thin clients, architecting and executing operating system deployments, upgrades, and large-scale migrations for Windows 10 and Windows 11, administering endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune, deploying and supporting virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) utilizing VMware Horizon and related virtualization technologies, developing automation scripts and PowerShell utilities to streamline endpoint provisioning, software packaging, and patch management, collaborating closely with cross-functional IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and helpdesk support squads in Agile sprint cycles, conducting rigorous troubleshooting, performance profiling, and root cause analysis (RCA) for client-side hardware and software anomalies, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of endpoint architectures, migration runbooks, and operational guides, and managing application requirements. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex endpoint deployment and operating system bottlenecks under strict service level agreements. Key Responsibilities

• Minimum of 4 to 7+ years of progressive professional experience in enterprise end-user computing, desktop engineering, and endpoint management.
• Strong, demonstrable hands-on professional expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) administration.
• Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in Windows 10/11 deployment, management, troubleshooting, and migration.
