Key Responsibilities:
- To execute all ESH practices and maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance of all ESH legal requirements, codes of practices and Singapore Standards
- Conduct ESH trainings to internal parties and external vendors
- Conduct timely ESH inspections and risk assessments
- Lead team in incident investigations
- To maintain ISO 140001, ISO14064 and OHSAS180001 management system
- To support in ESG and RBA management system
2. Fire Safety Management (FSM) / Occupational Safety Management
- Undertake and implement fire safety /Safety practices for building
- Ensure compliance of fire safety /Safety legal requirements, relevant code of practices and Singapore Standards
- Conduct fire, In Place Protection (IPP)drill
- Participate in Company Emergency Response Team
3. Special Projects
- ESH promotional activities
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility activities
- Energy efficiency Enhancement Project
Job Specification:
- Minimum Diploma in Environment, Safety and Health or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of ESH working experience
- It will be an added advantage if you have/are any of the follow knowledge on ISO 140001, ISO 14064 and ISO45001 and ISO50001 management system
- Knowledge on ESG & RBA management System
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a ‘self-starters’ who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems.
- Applicants must be able to converse in Mandarin to read and edit Chinese documents and to communicate with our Chinese speaking counterparts
