Job description

Location: Jurong Island, Singapore (Company transport provided)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 4:45 pm

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for ESH activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe work practices and compliance.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct routine workplace inspections, safety inductions, and awareness training for staff and contractors.
  • Participate in risk assessments, process safety reviews, and safety improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in legal compliance, including audits, documentation, and coordination with authorities.
  • Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • No experience or up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of ISO standards and safety management systems.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.
