Job summary

RSM - Singapore is seeking a sustainability professional to support SR and climate reports, collaborating with stakeholders across the company. You will assist data collection, design, and socialization of the reports in line with GRI and TCFD recommendations.

Ideal candidates have a background in sustainability and at least 2 years of related experience, with familiarity in ESG frameworks and environmental assessment. This role offers growth in a regional consulting environment in Singapore.

Job description

• Support the preparation of sustainability reports (SR) using GRI & other relevant Standards, including the report production, data collection, external assurance (if applicable), SR design and SR socialization processes;
• Support the preparation of climate change reports using TCFD Recommendations
• Conduct research on sustainability-related matters, where required and provide insights and recommendations accordingly
• Support with Strategy projects on ESG, where required
• Support with ESG events involving the whole company, working together with relevant stakeholders in the company
• Support with all ESG events/dialogues and internal/external socialization.

Requirements :

• Background preferably in sustainability (environmental science or related discipline preferred)
• Relevant working experience in sustainability, climate change, social performance, and environmental assessment preferably in a consulting role
• Well versed with sustainability and climate change-related frameworks (prior experience with carbon accounting, carbon tax regulation & carbon credit trading will be advantageous)
• Familiar with the development around formation of International Sustainability Standards Board, compliance with GRI/TCFD, emerging reporting requirements in various jurisdictions
• Knowledgeable about international, regional and country-specific climate change goals, actions and regulations
• Kept abreast with the latest and future developments on sustainability
• Candidates with a minimum of 2 years related experience will be considered for more senior positions
