Job description

What You’ll Do

ERP Management & Support

• Manage and support Epicor Kinetic, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues (customizations, BAQs, BPMs, APIs)
• Perform root cause analysis and optimize system performance (SQL tuning, indexing)

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build and maintain BAQs and dashboards for executives, operations, and shop floor users
• Deliver performance-optimized, secure, and reusable data solutions using Epicor tools or integrations (e.g., GROW)

UI Customization

• Create and maintain custom UI components using Application Studio (pages, fields, logic, widgets)
• Ensure changes are resilient to upgrades and well-documented

Automation & Business Logic

• Develop BPMs and Epicor Functions to automate processes and enforce business rules
• Ensure testing and rollback plans are in place for all deployments

Integrations & APIs

• Implement and maintain integrations using Service Connect, REST/OData APIs, or middleware
• Manage API security, keys, scopes, and access control

Governance & Documentation

• Own version control, deployment records, and documentation across all ERP customizations
• Enforce change management processes including testing and rollback procedures

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Train internal users to reduce reliance on external consultants
• Create user guides, runbooks, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions

Upgrades & Continuous Improvement

• Lead technical tasks during Epicor upgrades and patches
• Coordinate regression testing and validate compatibility of custom components
• Stay up to date with Epicor’s roadmap and roll out new features

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of technical Epicor Kinetic experience — ideally in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with Service Connect, REST/OData APIs, and ERP integrations
• Familiarity with modern web development concepts (Angular, TypeScript, .NET)
• Strong troubleshooting, support, and ERP governance skills
