Job description

Responsibilities

• Digital Solutions & Web Development: Design, implement, and maintain digital and web-based solutions using technologies like .NET, C#, Python, HTML/CSS/JS, ensuring secure and scalable integration with existing systems.
• Project Management: Lead regional IT projects from planning to execution, managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder reporting in line with global standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units, global IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and act as the regional point of contact for digital initiatives.
• Innovation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization, evaluating emerging technologies for adoption.
• Support, Training & Compliance: Provide technical support, train end-users, and ensure all solutions comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in web development (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), ERP systems, and automation technologies.
• Database Knowledge: Skilled in database management with SQL Server and Oracle.
• Work Experience: 5+ years in IT roles focusing on digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management; regional/multi-country experience preferred.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Holds ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud/web development certifications.
