A leading healthcare consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to lead ERP system implementations and support. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, in-depth ERP knowledge, and proficiency in project management methodologies. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems is required.
  • Experience with ERP system upgrades for finance modules.

Job description

We are assisting our client, an established Healthcare group, in searching for an experienced ERP Business Analyst

Responsibilities
  1. ERP Implementation and Support: You will lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements. To provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP applications, resolving any issues that arise, and performing role and user management.
  2. Business Process Analysis: You will analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications for ERP solutions.
  3. Project Management: You will need to manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems and prioritise service requests/change requests, and work closely with the IT Project Manager to ensure the application vendor fulfils their SLA. You will need to perform user acceptance testing for any release of application patches and enhancements.
  5. Training and Documentation: To develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems; To create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting: You will need to utilise ERP systems to generate accurate and timely reports, providing valuable insights to support decision-making, and develop, maintain financial reports based on business finance requirements.
  7. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all ERP modules.
  8. Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role (healthcare experience preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
  • Experience with ERP system upgrades and migrations for the finance module.
  • Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement techniques preferred
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data management tools preferred.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years' contract available.
