Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an ERM professional to join the Enterprise Risk Management team on a 1-year contract (1 Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2027) at Raffles Place.

You will identify, assess and monitor key risks, develop controls and KRIs, and prepare risk management reports for Management and the Board Risk Committees. This role demands strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Internal Audit with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Accounting, financial or real estate experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and openness to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop ERM initiatives (Control Self-Assessment, KRIs) to strengthen risk management across units.
• Facilitate risks and controls assessments and reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular risk reports and provide assurance to Management and Board Risk Committees.
• Evaluate effectiveness of ERM implementation across business units.
• Prepare the ERM section of the Annual Report.
• Manage bi-annual Risk Assurance sign-off per SGX requirements.
• Support Head of ERM on ad-hoc assignments.
