Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and handle move‑in of equipment and parts.
- Manage and utilize jigs and tools for equipment assembly.
- Assist Factory Engineers in robot teaching and adjustments.
- Support in chemical‑related tasks and safety handling.
- Assist in equipment modifications as required.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues.
- Conduct and execute evaluations or experiments under supervision.
- Prepare and submit daily and technical reports.
- Independently perform robot teaching and fine adjustments.
Conformance & Collaboration
- Ensure strict adherence to safety practices and cleanroom protocols.
- Perform ad‑hoc shift work, overtime, or extended hours as required (including weekends or night shifts).
- Participate in meetings and cross‑functional collaboration with team members, engineers, and customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1–2 years of cleanroom experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Excellent teamwork, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs and extended working hours.
Additional Information
- Training and on‑site supervision will be provided.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in controlled cleanroom environments and following strict EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
