Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking an Associate Engineer – Diffusion, Implant, and Wet Processes to support front-end wafer fabrication through equipment maintenance, breakdown response, and process monitoring. Qualifications

• Diploma / ITE Hi-Nitec in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic production environments, preferably wafer fab, with basic equipment and process knowledge.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• MS Office literate; SPC knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out equipment PM according to plan PM schedule.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and repair equipment.
• Work on improvement projects to ensure reliability and low downtime.
• Key-in / review SPC data for defined equipment critical parameters.
• Support equipment installation and commissioning during plan startup phase.
• Support DIW PAT daily line activities.
