Responsibilities
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives and enhance equipment performance to achieve uptime, output, yield, quality, and cost targets.
  • Take full accountability for assigned equipment and maximize resource utilization for high efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive equipment fault investigations and continuous improvement programs to resolve chronic issues and implement solutions for product quality and process robustness.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, enforce adherence to work instructions, and ensure effective execution of preventive maintenance and calibration.
  • Guide and train technicians in equipment troubleshooting and analysis to build technical competency and self-sufficiency.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and vendor services, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  • Establish, review, and regularly update preventive maintenance procedures, risk assessments, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Develop technical specifications for new and transferred equipment, and execute equipment move-in, installation, setup, and buy-off within set timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor process technology and wafer fab equipment.
  • Proficiency in statistical and quality tools will be an advantage.
