Responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and advise on the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Epic & solutions
• Provide oversight on testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
• Facilitate workflow redesign sessions and drive key change management activities
• Identify and recommend Epic system enhancements and optimization opportunities by assessing current state usage, data analytics, and user feedback to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience
• Assess Epic configurations and IT operational processes for compliance, security, and data integrity, contributing to risk mitigation plans and recommending improvements
• Utilize Epic data and analytics to develop actionable insights, identify performance improvement areas, and support clients in tracking progress towards achieving value from their EMR investment
• Manage specific workstreams within client engagements
• Build strong stakeholder relationships at the project level
• Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by staying current with Epic advancements and relevant Singaporean healthcare trends
• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
• Stay current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices
• Leverage core project management skills and best practices across a diverse range of client engagements, including both Epic-specific transformations and other strategic initiatives within the Singapore market

Qualifications

• Required: Active certification in Epic Ambulatory
• Experience with additional related modules is beneficial: MyChart, Cadence, Prelude, EpicCare Link, Cogito
• A clinical background is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (including business users, vendors, and team members).
