Job summary

A leading energy company in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates for EPC projects related to renewable energy. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, preferably with 2 years of experience in the sector. Proficiency in Excel and effective communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential. This role involves overseeing projects, managing tenders, and ensuring compliance with contractual matters, contributing to the successful delivery of projects within budget and scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in QS, preferably in renewable energy sector.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-versed in technical and contractual matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for EPC projects.
• Manage tender documentation including Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
