Job summary

TP Utilities Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager on a 1-year contract via agency to oversee multi-phase project development from planning to delivery. You will coordinate cost estimation, scheduling, and risk assessment while preparing RFQs, specifications and tender documents.

You will also conduct bid evaluations, manage contracts and defects, supervise site activities, liaise with vendors, and ensure HSE and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge in Engineering processes.
• At least 2 years' experience in Project Management or similar field.
• Able to read and interpret engineering and legal documents.
• Ability to plan and prepare reports.
• Ability to interpret numerical information, logically analyse data.
• Familiar with WSH requirements in construction site.
• Ability to use basic software such as Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and other relevant Project Management software.
• Excellent communication/ presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage, plan and oversee the various phases of project development
• Coordinate project development activities including project cost estimation, project scheduling and project risk assessment
• Prepare RFQs, technical specifications and tender documents and be involved in contract negotiations
• Conduct quotation/ tender evaluation for the award of consultancy and EPC contracts
• Carry out project management, contract management and defect rectification for EPC projects or any projects that have been assigned
• Supervise site activities and monitor work quality, safety and schedule
• Liaise with operation, maintenance, contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PTW and regulatory requirements
• Prepare project progress reports and management presentations
• Maintain project drawings, files, records and documentation
• Maintain good working relationships and coordination with relevant parties such as consultants, key equipment vendors, and contractors for the development and implementation of new projects
