  • Location: Office/On site (East)
  • Office hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and government entities.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals by setting sales strategies.
  • Recruit and train new comers and build a strong team, while coaching existing team members.
  • Manage customers and clients, address their needs, and report to supervisors.
  • Strategic Outreach: Open doors to high-profile projects and key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and its offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in logistics.
  • Connections: Established network with contractors and government entities.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
