The Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) invites you to join a dynamic team across PUB, NEA and SFA, driving sustainability, public health, and food safety policies to safeguard Singapore’s well‑being. You will contribute to shaping regulation and public hygiene initiatives in a dense urban context.

Qualifications

Interest in environmental public health issues and related disciplines such as environmental sustainability and technology.
Comfortable engaging stakeholders independently to formulate policies and drive implementation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Formulating and reviewing policies (e.g. public cleanliness, littering) to sustain high levels of public hygiene.
Drafting and reviewing legislation to ensure laws meet evolving public expectations and operational needs.
Working with stakeholders to conduct surveys or studies to gain insight on public hygiene trends.
Developing and reviewing frameworks that support the cleaning sector to raise service standards and productivity.
