Job summary

A leading chemical/manufacturing company is seeking an ESH Engineer/Assistant Engineer to support environmental, safety, and health programs. This role offers hands-on exposure to process safety and compliance initiatives within a structured, safety-focused environment. Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, and relevant experience is preferred. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience; entry-level candidates with strong interest in process safety are welcome.
  • Knowledge of Singapore ESH legal requirements.
  • WSQ certifications (e.g., WSH Level C, Work at Height) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and report ESH-related data to support compliance.
  • Conduct safety inspections and workplace audits.
  • Participate in risk assessments and HAZOP studies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and audits.
  • Oversee contractor management and safe work practices.
  • Support process safety initiatives and emergency preparedness.
