Job summary

PERSOL is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to support daily semiconductor operations. Responsibilities include testing, electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of pneumatic systems.

Shifts available: Day 7:00am–4:00pm, Noon 4:00pm–1:30am with $25/shift, 3rd shift 11:30pm–9:00am with $40/shift. Contract is 1 year with potential conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with maintenance of pneumatic systems and related components.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics to build/repair/test assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, repair, and test-electro-mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and components using schematics, wiring diagrams and parts lists.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshoot, and repair to identify and correct errors.
• Maintain safety standards and keep a clean, healthy work environment while following policies and procedures.
• Operate test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and report progress.
• Inspect parts for defects, manage parts receipt, and assist in process improvements and testing.

Our Client is one of the leader in the Semiconductor Industry,they are currently hiring for multiple Manufacturing Technician officer to support their daily operation.

This position require the individual to performs testing, electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, repair & maintenance and testing of pneumatic systems/machine.

Location : Upper Changi MRT

Able to Select AM / PM Hours

• Day Shift – 7.00am - 4pm
• Noon Shift – 4PM-1.30AM (allowance of $25 Per Shift)
• 3rd Shift – 11.30pm - 9am (allowance of $40 Per Shift)

OR 12 HOUR SHIFT (PM for more details)

Contract: 1 year - renewable/convertible to perm (based on performance & business needs)

Job Duties:

• Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, written and/or verbal instructions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components.
• Performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair. Identifies and corrects errors.
• Observes all safety standards. Maintains a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment. Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices. Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept. Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly. Actively strives to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies, subassemblies and components. Enters data on computer terminal, such as progress, work expense and labor details. May perform computer programming, repair or software installs.
• Details finished work. Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects. Troubleshoots and improves processes and involved in test.
