Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing.
  2. Supply Operation:
    1. Handle enquiries from distributors.
    2. Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement.
    3. Handling of shipment documentation, e.g. invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc. to ensure smooth customs & clearance by importers.
  3. Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report.
  4. Handles SAP payment of supplier and buyer invoices.
  5. Prepare monthly report to report on KPI results.
