Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Pioneer to manage customer relationships and support business development across the region. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with knowledge of PCB manufacturing being an advantage. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, technical liaison, and regional travel to engage with clients effectively.

• Manage and support existing customers in Singapore and regional countries.
• Work with customers on all commercial related matters including supply planning, pricing and long-term strategy.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the factory technical team.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, planning, and quality.
• Assist the Sales Manager in business development activities to expand customer base.
• Travel regionally (Taiwan, Thailand, China) as needed to support customer engagement.
