Job Scope

Sales Engineer

• Perform on-site surveys and generate accurate quotations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while actively following up on leads.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with installers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities and maintain up-to-date customer information.

Technical Service Engineer

• Install, commission, and maintain equipment or systems at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on product usage and system operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure system reliability.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Job Requirements

• Entry Level are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License will be an added advantage.
