Job summary

StraitsX Group in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Regulatory Compliance professional to join the team and learn the regulatory landscape of a licensed payments and stablecoin business. You will report to the Deputy Head of Compliance and help keep the team’s calendars, registers and records accurate.

You will support AML/CFT initiatives, track regulatory changes, and assist with committee secretarial duties and corporate records, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, corporate secretarial or operations roles; fresh graduates welcome.
• Very organized with strong attention to detail; keep trackers and records accurate.
• Clear writing, especially for minutes and short follow-up emails; able to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the compliance calendar of regulatory returns, surveys, MAS queries and complaints; remind teams and submit approved items on MAS portal.
• Maintain the team's registers (obligations, policy, breach, outsourcing, fit and proper, training, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment) and chase overdue items.
• Support AML/CFT program by tracking regulatory changes and coordinating remediation actions across business units and functions.
• Log incidents, gather facts and documents, and elevate for assessment; support data protection framework maintenance.
• Maintain the shareholding chart and director documents; coordinate renewals with Corporate Secretary.
• Schedule committee meetings, circulate papers, take minutes and track actions to closure.
• Track compliance training completion and annual declarations; follow up with staff and People team.
