- Project Oversight: Managing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and tracking progress.
- Current Projects to focus on: Jordan 3 and Jordan 4
- Customer Management: Assist Program Manager with tasks related to customers in matters such as: Claims, Orders, material management, delivery and On-time-delivery etc.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and team members.
- Priority on customers: Aerospace Customers
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating program risks, developing contingency plans.
- Monitoring and Reporting of Performance: Tracking program performance, preparing reports, and presenting to management.
- Production Scheduling: Overseeing the creation and management of production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
- Sales: Assist Program Manager in all sales related tasks involving customers, sub-contract companies and Subsidiaries
- Capacity Planning: Support the planning department in ensuring adequate production capacity to meet demand, managing bottlenecks, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Inventory Management: Support Program Manger to monitor and manage inventory levels, optimizing storage, and minimizing waste.
Requirements
