Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a technical support specialist at AMK to provide operational and engineering assistance on-site. The role focuses on machinery maintenance, SOP development, and productivity improvements within a cleanroom environment.

The candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with cleanroom experience considered an advantage; on-site hours are Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Cleanroom experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for operational and technical activities.
• Maintenance/calibration of machines and equipment.
• Establish SOPs and machine manuals for servicing and maintenance programmes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation to improve efficiency and reduce rejects.
• Plan, evaluate and improve technical/engineering projects for cost and productivity.
• Implement industrial safety practices to ensure compliance.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Job Scope

• Establish SOP and machine manual to provide comprehensive servicing and maintenance programmes
• Identify areas of process improvement and automation to implement work improvement programmes to achieve desired machine efficiency and reject rate
• Plan, evaluate and improve technical/engineering projects for cost and productivity
• Implementation of industrial safety practice to ensure compliance
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or any relevant field
• Any relevant experience in cleanroom is an added advantage
