Entry Level! Management Trainee (Outreach & Engagement)

Work duration: till June 2026 (Yearly renewable depending on performance)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Survey Operations: Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews with survey participants, ensuring a smooth and professional experience that encourages honest feedback and high participation rates.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement initiatives to boost online participation, reduce dependency on face-to-face interviews, and increase overall response rates.
• Survey & Questionnaire Design: Support the design of surveys using current tools and techniques to meet evolving organisational needs while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of survey operations.
• Sampling Methodology: Apply sampling strategies that reduce public fatigue while maintaining the accuracy and representativeness of collected data.
• Data Quality & Analytics: Use data tools to validate survey responses, identify trends, and explore alternative sources or methods for incomplete data.
• Reporting & Insights: Transform raw data into clear, actionable reports. Use visualisation tools to communicate key findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Dissemination & Engagement: Help shape strategies to raise awareness of statistical products, ensuring they are accessible, relevant, and useful to a broad audience.
