HR Admin
Job Scope
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
  • Handle payroll processing, staff confirmation, and exit formalities.
  • Manage leave, claims, reimbursements, and attendance records.
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and related foreign worker matters.
  • Assist in performance appraisals and implementation of HR policies.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and MOM regulations
Admin ( Sales Support / Front Desk )
Job Scope
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders for customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery arrangements.
  • Update sales records, reports, and customer database.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
