Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Temp Pharmacy Assistant for Novena Hospital in Singapore. This 3-month assignment covers Main Outpatient Pharmacy (OP), Inpatient Pharmacy (IP) and Emergency Pharmacy shifts, with varying start times.

Salary is hourly at SGD 12–14 with PM shifts; 5.5 days a week for IP and PM coverage; responsibilities include receiving deliveries, FIFO stock, inventory control, maintaining clean work areas and supporting supervision.

Qualifications

• Receive, unpack and check deliveries against documents.
• Perform FIFO stock receipts and issues.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels in pharmacy areas.
• Keep pharmacy work areas clean and ready for daily operations.
• Assist supervisors with other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and check deliveries against documents, to ensure items are correct and accounted for.
• Perform stock receipts and issues strictly in FIFO order.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory stock in the pharmacy areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas and prepare for daily operations.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.

1. Main Outpatient Pharmacy (OP)

* $12/hr

Monday to Friday

8.30am to 5.30pm/6.00pm

9.00am to 6.00pm/6.30pm

9.30am to 6.00pm/6.30pm

Saturday (when required)

8.30am to 12.30pm / 9.00am to 1.00pm / 9.30am to 1.30pm

10.45am shift - Once or Twice a month

10.45am to 8.15pm(Oneweek)

2. Inpatient Pharmacy (IP)

* $12/hr

* 5.5 days a week with 1-hour unpaid break

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm / 9.30am to 6.00pm

If work on Saturday, off Sunday: 8.30am to 1.00pm / 12.30pm to 5.00pm

If work on Sunday, off Saturday: 8.30am to 1.00pm

3. Emergency Pharmacy PM Shift

* $14/hr for PM Shift

* 5 days a week, with 1-hour unpaid break

Monday 1pm to 10pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 12pm to 10pm

Sunday 10am to 8pm
