Work hours: 9.45am - 6pm / 1.45pm - 10pm (Sg Flyer) ; 11am - 7.45pm (Funan)
Work days: Any 5 days from Monday to Sundays
Step-up engagement with customers to promote products and deliver a memorable customer experience
Promptly and efficiently execute and administer the operations of the company while paying special attention to customers' needs
Promote the company's products and services in line with its objectives
Engage as a team to exceed customers' expectations and experiences
Ensure that internal work-flows are supported by well thought out systems
Provide training to team members to ensure consistency and compliance with workflow procedures
Maintain overall integrity of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Generate timely reports as required
