Job summary

National University Health System in Singapore is seeking motivated individuals to join our clinical research team as Research Support Specialists. We provide training for exceptional candidates with no prior clinical research experience.

Responsibilities include assisting principal investigators, data collection, and participant screening and follow-up. Fresh graduates in life sciences or healthcare are welcome; nursing backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates in Life Science/Healthcare related courses are welcome.
• Candidates with Nursing background are welcome.
• Good written and communication skills. Ability to speak common Chinese dialects will be an added advantage as candidates may need to liaise with participants who speak these dialects.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work meticulously, independently and to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Principal Investigators (PI) by maintaining investigator files and liaising with ethical boards.
• Support the study team in administration and execution of the clinical trial by helping collection of clinical data and samples, trace lab reports, assist with reporting adverse events and maintenance of trial data.
• Assist Investigators in the screening, recruitment, and follow-up visits of potential patients/healthy volunteers.
