Job summary

A staffing solutions company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to oversee sales support, office administration, and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, addressing customer inquiries, and performing general administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a basic salary of up to $3000.

Qualifications

  • 2~3 years in relevant experience will have added advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the full spectrum of sales support, office administration, and accounting activities.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) with accurate costings, assign jobs to contractors, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Liaise closely with the sales team and attend to customer enquiries in a responsive manner.
  • Maintain proper documentation of ROs, POs, shipments, invoices, and tax filings.
  • Perform general data entry and various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure work premises are clean and organized.

  • Ensure work premises are clean and organized, and support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager/Executive.
