Job description

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 6 Months / 12 Months

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Responsibilities

• Process end to end for account opening; includes creation of accounts in the PB system and generation of client letters.
• Process Portfolio Risk Profile renewals.
• Extract documents requested by Business Risk Management for testing as well as audits.
• Prepare and update monthly list of risk profiles due for renewal for tracking.
• Transmit transactions to Ops for daily processing.
• Prepare documents for archival and manage inventory of documents sent to ScanHub.
• Handle other admin or adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• Proficient in MS Office especially Word and Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup)
• Knowledge of macros is an advantage but not mandatory.
