bld.ai builds and operates AI-powered automation systems for global clients.

We are setting up a 24/5 real-time CORE team in Singapore — a fast, high‑energy operations pod that supports sales, proposals, client communication, and revenue operations.

Career Path

This role is a launchpad for entrepreneurs. High performers may progress to proposal leads, core leadership, or six‑figure commission roles — or use the experience to launch their own service or product business.

What You’ll Do

Operate in a real‑time “cockpit” with live dashboards for:

  • WhatsApp, LinkedIn & email responsiveness
  • Lead qualification + client follow‑ups
  • Proposals, scopes, and documentation
  • Service provider availability + pricing
  • Invoices, collections, and overdue tracking
Daily Responsibilities
  • Respond instantly to inbound messages
  • Draft replies, scopes, and proposals
  • Prepare sales materials & coordinate client onboarding
  • Use internal AI tools to speed up drafting
  • Support founder‑level sales activities
  • Keep all screens updated and operational in real time
Work Hours & Structure
  • Mandatory on‑site. No WFH.
  • 13‑hour shifts
  • 5 days/week
  • 3 weeks on, 1 week off
  • Mix of day, evening (US/global hours)
  • Those on late/US shifts typically earn the highest commissions
Compensation
  • Base: SGD 1,500–1,900/month (equivalent to ~USD $10/hr)
  • 10–30% commission pool
