Job Description

This isn’t your typical job. As an EIR at Wu Song Capital, you’ll own a startup from Day 1, whether it’s your idea or a venture we’ve sketched out. You’ll start lean, with interns and a barebones team, and build something impactful from the ground up. This role is designed for the doers, the dreamers, and those who know that creating real change requires perseverance, creativity, and a whole lot of grit.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Your Venture: You’ll launch and run a business, leading every aspect of its development
• Bootstrapping to Scaling: Begin with interns and limited resources but scale your team and operations as you grow
• Innovate & Build: Develop strategies that will challenge the status quo, create market entry plans, and scale impact across Asia
• Lead a Movement: Bring your team together as you grow from an agile startup to a purpose‑driven organization
• Network & Fundraise: Engage with customers, partners, and investors, and raise funds to propel your venture forward
