Job summary

NCS is a leading technology services firm in the Asia Pacific region seeking a Lead Consultant to guide technology strategy and digital transformation for enterprise clients in Singapore. You will engage senior clients and delivery teams, shaping roadmaps, operating models, and technology transformations across industries.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in technology strategy & transformation in a leading consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience leading at least 3 technology strategy/transformation project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to support complex deals & engagements with many stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation with experience bridging technology to business.
• Strong critical thinking and proactive mindset.
• Experience in a VUCA environment applying consulting frameworks.
• Mastery in written and spoken communication including client-facing storytelling.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, CS, engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, IT operating models & outsourcing strategies enabling transformative outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end engagements spanning origination, pre-sales and consulting across diverse industries.
• Provide strategic advice on early-stage opportunities and technology consulting engagements; articulate value proposition and benefits.
• Independently lead engagements, own deliverables and coach project team
• Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver consulting deliverables and drive decision-making.
• Craft insightful POVs on the future of technology to serve client needs.
• Lead shaping a growing, dynamic team
