What you will be responsible for

• Business Systems Implementation & Support
  • Support daily operation and configuration of enterprise business systems, including workflow, approval processes, forms, roles, and permissions
  • Receive, clarify, and manage system‑related requests and issues from business users, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution
  • Assist in new workflow or system implementation activities, including requirement clarification, system configuration, testing, and go‑live support
  • Perform basic system customization or technical tasks (e.g. configuration, scripting, workflow logic) to fulfill business requirements, where applicable
• Business Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business users on system‑related matters
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in a clear and structured manner
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, system owners, and vendors (if applicable) to ensure requests and issues are properly tracked and resolved
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system usability and business processes

How you will stand out

• Must‑have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise systems, business applications, or process‑related roles; candidates with strong learning ability and relevant exposure are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to follow through on tasks and issues
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in a dynamic business environment
  • Good communication skills and patience when working with business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with appropriate guidance and prioritization
• Nice‑to‑have
  • Has experience or exposure to enterprise business systems such as workflow, approval, CRM, ERP, HR, or finance platform
  • Hs experience supporting or participating in system implementation, configuration, or business process improvement initiatives
  • Basic understanding of common business processes (e.g. expense management, approvals, onboarding, procurement)

Technical awareness such as APIs, system integrations, or data flow concepts
