A leading hospitality technology company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director based in APAC. This role involves driving new business acquisition, executing sales plans, and nurturing relationships with hotel groups and brands. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, strong consultative skills, and fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin preferred. This position requires extensive travel across APAC and entails managing complex sales cycles while consistently achieving quotas.
The Enterprise Sales Director – APAC is a results‑driven hunter with a proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise SaaS sales. The ideal candidate has experience selling to large hotel groups and hospitality brands across Asia, is highly organized, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about driving digital transformation in the hotel industry. This role is responsible for new business acquisition and strategic growth across APAC (excluding Australia/New Zealand) for Cendyn’s solutions.
The Enterprise Sales Director will develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on securing new enterprise customers and expanding business within existing accounts. The individual will maximize every sales opportunity and consistently achieve quota for the assigned APAC territory. We are looking for a “doer” with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, present Cendyn solutions via online demos, and represent the company at major APAC hospitality trade shows, conferences, and association events. This position will primarily sell to hotel chains, management companies, ownership groups, and hospitality brands.
This position involves daily interaction with customers, internal teams, and cross‑functional departments. Engagement will often be with senior and executive‑level stakeholders both internally and externally.
This is a remote role based in APAC, requiring a high degree of discipline and self‑motivation.
