We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base in Singapore as well as regionally by offering tailored workforce services and solutions to enterprise-level clients. Your primary focus will be on sourcing for leads, understanding client needs, execute go-to-market plans, growing and engaging with potential clients, delivering exceptional service, and building long-term relationships with our partners, vendors, and clients.

The Enterprise Sales Consultant will play an active role in pioneering, designing, shaping as well as influencing the various pillars of the organization’s business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential enterprise clients who can benefit from our workforce solutions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to engage these prospects.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted organizations. Understand their business challenges and workforce needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and present customized solutions that address clients' recruitment challenges. Articulate the value proposition of our services effectively. Establish and expand business relationships with both potential and existing clientele
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Tenders, Presentations and Proposal: Support the Business team in the participation of identified business leads, including responses to RFPs, RFQs and ITTs.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and client support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay Informed: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities by continuously updating your knowledge of our products and services. Attend events and networking sessions, and proactively create your own networking opportunities with clients.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, or HR technology industry.
  • Education: Higher Nitec/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment and interest/ knowledge of the field of Information Technology will be a key advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
