Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk advisory or professional services.
• Strong computer skills such as MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
• Experience with regional or international client engagements is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, values and work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to travel for overseas assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to identify control enhancements and process improvements.
• Drive operational and compliance improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Develop client relationships and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare and present audit observations and closing meetings.
• Collaborate with EY teams across services.
