Job description
Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Enterprise Applications Specialist with hands‑on expertise in MS Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), to oversee the full lifecycle of our Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) business applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring our core systems including ERP/Finance, CRM, ITSM, and HRIS tools are optimally configured, fully integrated, secure, and aligned with LLMG’s operational and compliance needs. You will act as the internal subject matter expert for these critical COTS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Ownership & Configuration: Serve as the hands‑on administrator and internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MS Dynamics 365 and designated COTS applications (e.g., ERP/Finance, CRM, ITSM, HRIS).
  • Integration Management: Design, implement and maintain secure integration points (APIs, middleware) between COTS applications and other enterprise systems, including API integration with LLMG’s digital platform.
  • Vendor & License Management: Manage vendor relationships, track software licenses, and coordinate with vendors for essential support, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
  • Upgrades & Maintenance: Plan, test, and execute application upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities to ensure continuous service availability and performance.
  • Business Alignment: Partner with internal functional business leaders and end‑users to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical configurations within the COTS systems, manage change requests and implementation.
  • Compliance & Security: Work closely with the Information Security Specialist to ensure application configurations meet internal security standards, data privacy regulations and healthcare‑specific compliance requirements.
  • Support & Training: Provide Level 1 technical support for application‑related issues. This includes owning the vendor liaison process, promptly escalating issues for Level 2/3 resolution, and tracking them until fully resolved. Develop documentation and training for end‑users and internal support teams.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience in MS Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), COTS application administration, configuration, or business system analysis, preferably in the healthcare or high‑growth sectors.
  • Degree in IT Systems Management, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. Familiarity with other major enterprise COTS platforms (e.g. CRM, ITSM, HRIS) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of system integration principles and data flow management between disparate applications.
  • Familiarity with data privacy frameworks and working in compliance‑heavy environments.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non‑technical business stakeholders.
  • Prior experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating major system upgrades is a significant advantage.
