Job summary

Prudential Singapore invites an AI Architect to bridge business strategy and AI technology, shaping scalable AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders, product owners, and tech teams to translate challenges into measurable AI value.

You'll design end-to-end architectures, define patterns, oversee MLOps and governance, and lead adoption of agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG frameworks within enterprise standards, with a focus on secure, scalable

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in AI/enterprise architecture roles.
• Experience leading AI discovery and architecture engagements with stakeholders.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions end-to-end.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is advantageous.
• Master/Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Engineering/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Engaging senior business leaders to uncover opportunities.
• Advising on AI strategy and adoption.
• Building business cases and value realization.
• Solution envisioning, architecture design, and adoption strategy.
• Design end-to-end AI, ML, and Generative AI solution architectures.
• Define architecture patterns, reference designs, and reusable AI capabilities.
• Lead solution design for emerging AI technologies including Agentic AI, RAG architectures, MCP servers, Model APIs, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Define best practices for AI deployment, MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Drive standardization of AI design patterns, architecture principles, and development methodologies.
