Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory/account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Acquire new accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and accurately report on the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update customer and transactional information in the CRM system.
- Build and sustain strong, trusted client relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in enterprise software solution sales.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for networking and negotiation.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with key management stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing and winning major opportunities.
- Experience in managing both transactional and strategic sales.
- Industry knowledge and experience in the commercial sector.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without micro-management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or sales experience in cloud, technology, and managed services.
- Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
