A leading software solutions company in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to develop and implement sales plans, acquire new accounts, and manage client relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement territory/account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Acquire new accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and accurately report on the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and update customer and transactional information in the CRM system.
  • Build and sustain strong, trusted client relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in enterprise software solution sales.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for networking and negotiation.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with key management stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing and winning major opportunities.
  • Experience in managing both transactional and strategic sales.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in the commercial sector.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently without micro-management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge or sales experience in cloud, technology, and managed services.
  • Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
