Position: Enrolment Sales Manager

Salary Package: SGD3,500 - SGD4,500

Working Location: Singapore (Location depends on which outlet, decided by employer)

Company Background: Music School

Working Days & Hours: 5 days, 2 days off (Depends on the outlet operation hours)

Job Descriptions:
  • Achieve monthly lead generation, enrolment, and lead-conversion targets.
  • Handle outbound calls, walk-ins and enquiries.
  • Event and roadshow support.
  • Mentor and develop team members through hands-on sales guidance to help them achieve individual and team goals.
  • Ensure consistent enrolment and revenue performance.
  • Maintain Lead-to-Hire (LTH) ratio within the target range to support sustainable growth.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of results, in any industry is welcomed
  • Flexible and available to work on weekends.
  • Strategic mindset with strong critical thinking skills in diverse sales situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly goal-oriented and able to prioritize tasks that drive centre growth.
