Responsibilities
  • Follow up with all inquiries from phone calls, social media platforms, emails, etc
  • Provide advice to parents of prospective students on our Programmes/ Webinars/ Bootcamps and assist them in suitable Programme/ Webinars/ Bootcamps selection
  • Respond to service challenges
  • Establish new leads/ follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships to achieve sales and services objectives
  • Work with various stakeholders in executing student enrolment strategies and objectives
  • Other ad-hoc work tasks/ projects as required or assigned
