Job summary

A medical clinic in Singapore is seeking a nursing assistant to support doctors in treatment procedures and manage administrative tasks. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to work a 5.5-day week. Ideal candidates will be immediate starters and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Atleast 1 year of experience in a similar role or with Medical or Clinical set up is advantageous.

Overview

Assist doctor and carry out treatment and nursing procedures for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor and carry out treatment and nursing procedures for patients
• Submit the Medisave applications.
• Ensure the consultation and procedure rooms are in order and check that all equipment and supplies are available and ready for use.
• Prepare instruments for procedures (if any), assist doctor and clean procedure room after procedures.
• Dispense medications according to doctors’ prescriptions.
• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries.
• Maintain and update the quality records according to the standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance and disposition of these records where applicable.
• Perform any other nursing and administrative related job scope.

Requirements
