Job summary

GREEN AVENUE is seeking a State Enrolled Nurse to perform clinical rounds, administer medications under supervision, and supervise nursing staff in a healthcare home setting in Singapore.

You will participate in monthly staff meetings, assist in quality assurance and ensure clean, comfortable, and well-documented resident care. Prior nursing home experience and SNB registration are essential.

Qualifications

• State Enrolled Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification License.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (for Foreign Nurses) or ITE Certificate (for Local Nurses).
• Some experience in a nursing home in a similar position.
• Ability to communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily rounds and checks on residents’ condition.
• Supervises tidying/cleaning of wards and assigned areas.
• Assist Staff Nurses in duties and supervise Nursing Aides/Healthcare Assistants.
• Supervise juniors in bathing and feeding residents; attend to call bells.
• Perform nursing treatments under supervision, including dressings and medication administration.
• Report abnormalities to staff nurse-in-charge and accompany residents on outings.
